What cafés & baristas say

★★★★★
“Nicola fully restored our La Marzocco GB5 after 12 years of daily service. It runs better now than on delivery day. On schedule, fair prices, honest advice.”
MS
Markus Schöne Café Schöne, Berlin-Mitte
★★★★★
“The Slayer died in the middle of the breakfast rush. Called at 8:30 — by noon Nicola was at the door. Gasket replaced, everything calibrated, back in business. That's what emergency service looks like.”
LA
Luca Albanese Trattoria da Luca, Prenzlauer Berg
★★★★★
“I brought in my 1965 Faema Faemina for restoration. Six weeks later a different machine came back — completely overhauled inside, original patina outside. Exactly what I wanted.”
JR
Jens Richter Private customer, Charlottenburg
“An espresso machine is not a kitchen appliance —
it's a pressure vessel with standards.

How much does a service cost?
Home machines from €149, one-group commercial machines from €280, two-group machines from €420. Includes descaling, gasket replacement, pressure test and calibration. Fixed price, no hourly rate.
How long does a repair take?
With parts in stock, usually 3–5 working days. Emergency service for cafés in Berlin and Brandenburg — response time non-binding, depending on workload, existing service-contract customers first. Full restorations take 4–8 weeks.
Do you keep spare parts in stock?
Yes. A large stock of original spare parts for all common brands — La Marzocco, ECM, Rocket, Profitec, La Cimbali, Faema and many more. The most common faults are usually fixed on the first visit.
Do you repair on weekends?
We're reachable Mon–Fri 8am–4pm; workshop visits by appointment. Outside those hours we're reachable for café and restaurant emergencies — response time non-binding, depending on workload, existing customers first.
How should I prepare for the appointment?
Make the machine accessible and have a power socket nearby — a water connection is ideal. Keep the serial number handy, it saves diagnostic time.
Do you come to Berlin?
Yes. On-site service for all of Berlin, Potsdam, Oranienburg and Brandenburg. Travel costs are a flat rate by postcode. No travel costs with a café service contract.
Which brands do you service?
All espresso machines. Really all of them. La Marzocco, Slayer, Faema, La Cimbali, Sanremo, Victoria Arduino, Rancilio, Nuova Simonelli, Dalla Corte, Kees van der Westen, ECM, Profitec, Rocket, Lelit, Bezzera, Quick Mill and more. E61, lever, saturated group, single boiler, heat exchanger, dual boiler — just ask. Original parts straight from the manufacturer.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Warranty on our work and on fitted original parts according to our terms and conditions. Details on request.
Can I bring my machine to the workshop?
Yes, gladly. Workshop address: Am Dorfanger 6, 16515 Oranienburg. Please book an appointment first — reachable by phone Mon–Fri 8am–4pm. We can also collect and deliver the machine (surcharge by distance).
