Purposes and Legal Bases

We process personal data for contractual / pre-contractual obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations (c), legitimate interests (f) and — where required — consent (a).

Cookies & Tracking (TDDDG)

We use technically necessary cookies only (e.g. to store your consent choice). No tracking cookies. External maps (OpenStreetMap) load only after explicit click on "Activate map".

Workshop booking form

When you submit the workshop form, we transmit your inquiry to our internal workshop management system (Maistoware) under the tenant identifier nicola.maisto@icloud.com. Data: name, email, phone, company, brand, model, description, preferred date. Retention: max. 36 months after last contact, then deleted. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) per Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the Maistoware operator.

Server logs

Technically necessary server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) are stored for max. 7 days for security purposes.

Sign-up exclusively via double opt-in. Unsubscribe in every email.

External services

OpenStreetMap — loads only after click
Google Fonts — self-hosted, no request to Google servers

You may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority for Brandenburg.
