We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation).
3. Server Log Files
When you access our website, technically necessary data (anonymized IP address, date, time, file accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser, operating system) is stored for a maximum of 14 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact Form
If you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, contact details (email or phone) and message in order to handle your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We delete this data as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
5. Online Appointment Booking
For appointment booking we use our own booking portal at app.getroast.de (Maistoware system, operated by the controller, hosted on our own servers in Germany). When you make a booking, we process your name, phone number, optionally your email address and pickup address, as well as details about the machine, in order to create and process the order and to contact you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data is not disclosed to outside third parties; we delete it as soon as no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
6. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies or any external analytics. We host all fonts and assets locally. No data is transferred to third parties without your consent.
7. Embedded External Content
If external content (e.g. Google Maps, YouTube) is embedded, this is done only with your explicit consent within the meaning of Section 25(1) TDDDG (German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act).
8. Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may lodge complaints with the competent supervisory authority — for us: Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg (State Commissioner for Data Protection and the Right to Access Files of Brandenburg).

Our website uses TLS/SSL encryption to protect the transmission of confidential content.
