Terms

Scope: These terms apply to all contracts between Nicola Maisto - 9bar-Studio and customers regarding repair, maintenance and consulting.

Conclusion of contract: A service contract is concluded upon order placement.

Prices: The prices in the price list apply. Deviating efforts are communicated in advance.

Warranty: 12 months on repairs, 6 months on wear parts.

Retention of title: Repaired machines remain our property until full payment.

Right of withdrawal: Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal per §§ 312g, 355 BGB. Note: Withdrawal expires once individually adapted repair work has begun.

Jurisdiction: Seller's place of business, where legally permitted.
